Order Handling and Production Timeline

At Darsh Labs, most of our products are made-to-order using 3D printing . This means each item goes through two stages: production and shipping

Production Time (Custom Prints)

Custom designs, prototypes, and personalized 3D prints usually require 2–7 business days for printing, post-processing, and quality control

Highly detailed models or large batch requests may need extra time if so, you’ll be informed of the estimated timeline after we confirm your order

Processing Time (Non-Custom Items)

Products such as accessories or ready made models are typically processed and handed to our courier within 2–5 business days

Shipping Fees (EGP)

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the size-weight of your order

If an item requires special packaging or is unusually heavy, we will notify you

Payments

Darsh Labs accepts online payments through Telda , Insta Pay and Mobile Mallets .

  • Etisalat Cash / Orange Cash / Vodafone Cash / WE Pay

This ensures a smooth, reliable, and secure checkout experience for all customers

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Damages

Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it

If the item is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging

Important Notes

  • If the damage is caused by the shipping company, Darsh Labs will file a claim with the courier.
  • We will not remake or resend the item until the courier confirms the compensation or accepts responsibility.
  • Darsh Labs is not responsible for any shipping damage caused by the courier.
  • The replacement will only be issued if the courier covers the cost or if the customer chooses to pay for re-printing/shipping.
  • Reports submitted after 24 hours, or after the product has been used or altered, cannot be accepted.
